A retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, Mitchell honorably served his country for 27 years, developing exceptional expertise in leadership, logistics, operations management, and team development. His military career instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and service, which are principles that continue to guide his approach to business and community engagement.
